Cityscape update

Cityscapes have just received a major update to make them more desirable targets and to further incentivize PvP combat.

Any player who holds a Cityscape for six consecutive hours may collect respect from that Cityscape. Each Cityscape’s timer resets after collecting respect from that Cityscape
Respect is collected from Cityscapes in the City view
The higher a Cityscape’s level, the more respect it provides per collection
If a player loses control of that Cityscape then they may not collect respect from it until they capture and hold it again for six hours
